Service Visit Guidelines
- Dog Waste Removal Service Visit is for dog poop removal in the immediate open backyard only. We can not enter the house in order to access the backyard. There must be an outside unlocked gate for access. We do not do apartment patios, balconies and so on.
- Dog Waste Removal Service Visit is not for dog poop buried in dirt, hedges, shrubbery, overgrown areas, junk/trash/leaf piles of any kind, etc.
- Our Dog Poop Removal Techs (Pooper Scoopers) do not climb over or under anything or move any objects, furniture, trampolines, autos, etc. in order to get to the dog waste.
- Dog Poop Removal Services is not for Cat Poop or any other pet. It will not be picked up and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If there is a lock on the gate, please let us know before the first visit as we do require a key copy for ongoing services.
- If your dog is aggressive, territorial, bites or will attack, it is imperative that you let us know immediately before the first visit as the One Time Pet Introduction Option may be required.
Service Visit Days & Times
- Are based on that week’s schedule flow.
- Are daily from sunrise to sunset as we do not give specific days, times, estimates or windows and can happen on the weekend.
- Have exceptions (seasonal, holidays, rain, extreme heat, etc.).
- Special Occasions or need to know what day it will be on for a specific week, are based on availability if any and if available will have an additional cost.
- Emergency, Urgent, Same Day or Next Day requests are based on availability if any and will have an additional cost and is not guaranteed.
Note: If you prefer the Same Day Every Week, it’s only $5 more per visit and is based on availability and not preference (FR-SA-SU excluded). Text Ahead and Text Confirmations Options are also available.
Service Visits Are...
- For Dog Poop Pickup Service unless otherwise specified
- For the immediate open backyard of a 6,000sqft lot or less
- 15mins or Less and or 2.5 Gals or Less whichever first
- 8 Visit Minimum and then week to week thereafter unless otherwise specified
- Prepaid via debit/credit card auto-prepaid on a Weekly or Monthly basis.
- Service Days will vary unless you add the Same Day Every Week Option
- Additional Service Options Available
Note: Additional Custom Services and Over-sized yards extra. $15 per addtnl 15mins and/or closest to and/or per addtnl five gallons of dog poop. A decline or nonpayment voids any specials and defaults to normal pricing.
One Time Service Visit
- Dog Poop Removal is for the immediate open backyard of 6,000sqft lot or less
- 30mins or Less and or 15Gals or Less whichever first
- Text Confirmation Sent
- Only $3.00 extra to haul off dog waste
- Additional Service Options Available
Note: Additional Custom Services and Over-sized yards extra. $15 per addtnl 15mins or closest to and or per addtnl bagged poop.
Deodorizing, Hose Spray Down and Dog Bowl Service...
Pricing valid when done in combination with Dog Poop Removal. If Deodorizing, Hose Spray Down and/or Dog Bowl Services are requested on a different day than the Dog Poop Removal Day or if you do not want or have Dog Waste Removal services, please add $9.
Hose, Spicket and Property Maintenance of any kind (or lack thereof) is the sole responsibility of the Property Owner and/or Authorized Property Management Representative thereof and releases Poopy Do Services LLC (i.e. Parent Companies, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, DBA’s, etc.) of any and all liabilities thereof.
